Renewal and preparation
Quite a bit has been happening here at YFCLV. As we prepare for the end of this school year and wrapping up clubs, we are looking to prepare for next season. This has resulted in preparing our spaces and assets for next season. We are so thankful for the partnerships we have with various churches in the Bethlehem region. The Salvation Army has been gratious to us for the use of their lower level as a teen center. The space is has served us well for the last few years, but it was in need of a little love. We reached out to Bethelehem Area Schood District for some students in need of service hours. The response has been wonderful. We are wrapping up on repainting over 1000 square feet of wall. It is great to be able to bless the Salvation Army with a clean professional space that will also serve well for club outreach next year for YFCLV.

It was also time to look at our beloved Van and give it some needed attention. The van is mechanically sound, but the paint job was looking sad. We always want to be good stewards of what we have, so we decided to paint it. Having repainted some Land Cruisers in my past, I decided that I would take this task on myself. Once the van was repainted, it was thoroughly cleaned and it is ready to go for our summer trips.

In this season of preparation, pray with us that the next season will be one of using these tools that we are sharpening now!
